My stay at the Sydney Riseon Hotel was quite disappointing. While the location was convenient—close to public transport and surrounded by various dining options—the service I received was less than satisfactory. I had a very unpleasant experience regarding check-in procedures and faced issues with the room's condition. Overall, the hotel has potential, but significant improvements are needed in customer service and room maintenance.

While the staff were friendly, the accommodations didn't match my expectations based on the online pictures. I likely won't be returning or recommending it anytime soon.
